Global Delivery Timelines

We handle all logistics, customs clearance, and freight coordination. Timelines vary by region:

APAC: 14–18 days
Typically faster due to proximity to our manufacturing hub.
Europe: 30–40 days
Shipped via ocean freight. Air freight (5–9 days) is available upon request for an additional fee.
USA: 30–45 days
Standard ocean freight to your doorstep. Timeline depends on coast (West vs. East) and customs processing.

Note: Our delivery partner will contact you directly to confirm access details and schedule your specific drop-off window once the unit clears customs.

Installation: Ready in Minutes

Your system arrives in two main components (Tub + Chiller) designed to work perfectly together.

Position the Tub and Chiller on a flat, stable surface (Indoors or Outdoors).
Connect the Chiller to the Tub using the two provided water hoses, as well as the included drainage valve.
Fill the tub with water using the included 10m quick-connect filling hose.
Plug the Chiller into a standard power socket, set your temperature, and plunge.

Pro Tip: Delivery is to the doorstep. Please ensure you have at least 2–3 people available to move the boxes to their final spot.

Maintenance & Support

Water Care

• Add mild sanitizers (non-chlorine, non-bromine) to keep the water clean for several weeks
• Clean the skimmer basket weekly to remove leaves, hair, and debris
• Replace the filter cartridge every 3–4 weeks depending on usage
• Change the water every 3-4 weeks for optimal hygiene, depending on hygiene and frequency of use

General Maintenance

• Wipe the tub occasionally to remove body oils or sunscreen residue
• Ensure there is good airflow around the Borealis™ unit
• Avoid using extension cables

• All units include 1-year warranty

Can I use it indoors and outdoors?

Yes - Tavik is built for both indoor and outdoor environments. Its weather-resistant exterior, insulated rain cover, and durable construction are designed to perform year-round in any climate, while still being perfectly suited for indoor wellness spaces. Nevertheless, we recommend placing the unit under some form of shelter to extend its lifespan and protect it from prolonged exposure to harsh weather.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes. We ship internationally. Delivery times vary depending on your country and customs clearance. You will receive shipping information once your unit ships.

How long does delivery take?

What if I didn’t book a setup service?

If setup service is not booked, delivery is to the doorstep only.

Bringing the unit into position may require at least 3 people due to the weight and size, but the actual setup and installation are very simple — place the unit, connect the provided drainage valve, fill it, and plug it in.

Please note that setup services are not available in every country.
