The Oasis System is built for gyms, teams, and social wellness. We have paired our largest reinforced tub (5–8 person capacity) with the commercial-grade power of the Borealis™ engine to create a recovery hub that stays cold, clean, and stable — no matter how many people take the plunge.

Commercial-Grade Hygiene: With groups, water quality is critical. The system’s continuous circulation combined with Ozone sterilization and 20-micron filtration ensures that the large water volume is turned over rapidly and kept crystal clear.

Optimized Maintenance & Setup: Managing a large tub shouldn't be hard work. We redesigned the drainage layout and simplified the hose routing, making setup quick and water changes efficient for studio owners and event organizers.

Installation: Set Up in 15 Minutes

Your system arrives in compact, portable boxes. No tools required — everything you need is included.

Inflate the tub using the provided hand pump (approx. 1-2 minutes).
Connect the Chiller to the Tub using the two provided hoses.
Fill the tub with water using the included 10m hose.
Plug the Chiller into a standard power socket, set your temperature, and plunge.

Maintenance & Support

Water Care

• Add mild sanitizers (non-chlorine, non-bromine) to keep the water clean for several weeks
• Clean the skimmer basket weekly to remove leaves, hair, and debris
• Replace the filter cartridge every 3–4 weeks depending on usage
• Change the water every 3-4 weeks for optimal hygiene, depending on hygiene and frequency of use

General Maintenance

• Wipe the tub occasionally to remove body oils or sunscreen residue
• Ensure there is good airflow around the Borealis™ unit
• Avoid using extension cables

Does it require professional installation?

No professional installation is required. Simply place it on a flat surface, inflate it, and connect it to your Borealis™ heater and chiller using the provided hoses. Once connected, fill it with water and set your desired temperature.

What if I didn’t book a setup service?

If setup service is not booked, delivery is to the doorstep only.

Bringing the unit into position may require 1-2 people due to the weight and size, but the actual setup and installation are very simple — place the unit and inflate it with the provided pump, connect the included drainage valve, fill it, and plug it in.

Please note that setup services are not available in every country.

Should I keep the unit running all the time?

Yes, we recommend keeping it running.

Circulation, filtration, and sanitation are only active while the Borealis™ system is operating. Once the water reaches your set temperature, the system automatically switches into energy-saving mode and maintains the temperature with minimal power consumption.
