Self-Assembly Guide: Ready in Minutes

If you choose standard delivery, your sauna arrives in flat-packed, pre-fabricated panels designed to snap together seamlessly.

Lay the Foundation: Position the floor panel on a flat, dry surface (Indoors or Outdoors depending on your model).
Snap the Walls: Place the back panel and one side panel, securing them instantly with our "Zero-Tool" buckle system. Repeat for the remaining side.
Close the Frame: Install the front glass door panel, then lower the ceiling panel onto the top to lock the structure in place.
Final Touches: Slide the interior bench into position, connect the heater plugs, and plug the main power cord into a standard socket.

Pro Tip: Delivery is to the doorstep. While assembly is simple, the glass panels are heavy. Please ensure you have at least 2-3 people available to move the boxes and lift the panels into place.

Maintenance & Support

Water Care

• Add mild sanitizers (non-chlorine, non-bromine) to keep the water clean for several weeks

Can I use it indoors and outdoors?

No. This specific model is designed strictly for indoor use (living rooms, gyms, bathrooms, or covered dry areas). The natural Canadian Hemlock exterior is not treated to withstand rain, direct sunlight, or high moisture.

If you wish to place your sauna outside (garden, patio, or deck), please choose our Equinox Outdoor Series. It features a specialized weather-resistant composite shell and enhanced insulation specifically engineered to withstand the elements.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes. We ship internationally. Delivery times vary depending on your country and customs clearance. You will receive shipping information once your unit ships.

What if I didn’t book a setup service?

If setup service is not booked, delivery is to the doorstep only.

Bringing the unit into position may require at least 2 people due to the weight and size, but the actual setup and installation are very simple — place the unit, connect the provided drainage valve, fill it, and plug it in.

Please note that setup services are not available in every country.
